A Duke in shining armor
Loved the story very witty, funny and romantic loved all the characters it made me want to know more about the others stories
very boring. got to chapter 11 and gave up
got to chapter 11 and gave up. events were unfolding slowly. conversations were dry and bland, the ones that were there at least, but conversations were kind of rare. it was mostly just descriptions of places, and thoughts (uninteresting thoughts)
That was not Loretta Chase I expected.....
I couldn’t even finish the book....story seemed waaaay outlandish and contrived and silly to the point of unbelievable. I was super surprised (in an unpleasant way) how different it was from the writing that i enjoyed in Lord of Scoundrels, Last Hellion, Captives of the Night, etc. Def. disappointed me. Too bad.
