A Fool and His Boots

In the Spring of 2001, I strapped on a backpack and attempted to hike the entire length of the Appalachian Trail. I made it as far as Damascus, Virginia.

In the Summer of 2002, I returned to pick up where I had left off. I hiked southern Virginia that year.
