A Friend, a Murderer

He was their best friend. He was also a predator.
In the small Danish town of Korsør, Philip Patrick Westh was everyone’s favorite guy fun, reliable, and completely trusted by his close friends Amanda, Nichlas, and Kiri. But while they partied and shared their lives with him, Philip was secretly terrorizing the community, committing unspeakable crimes including the murder of 17-year-old Emilie Meng.
When the truth finally emerged, their world collapsed. The friend they had defended, lived with, and loved was the monster they feared.
A Friend, a Murderer is a gripping and deeply disturbing true crime story about one of the most shocking betrayals in modern Danish history and a powerful meditation on how evil can hide behind the warmest smile.
