Enrapturing Combination of Gossip Girl and the Great Gatsby
I received an early copy from the lovely author and I was not disappointed!!! I was kept on my toes the entire time trying to see where the characters would take me and how the story would unfold! I have never come across a book that took elements and inspiration from Gossip Girl and The Great Gatsby so this was a really nice treat to not only come across one that has but also has clean romance! I was also impressed by the writing of each character! They are all very complex and are unique to themselves and I’m still trying to figure out how each one fits in the big picture of the story! Book does leave you on a delicious cliffhanger! I will be eagerly awaiting the next book because this book has me hooked on Celeste and Elena’s story and where they will finally end up!

Starting off I have to say that this book was JUICY. In all the books I’ve read I don’t believe I’ve read any like this before and I seriously love the author’s creativity for it.
I loved getting to see the different characters thoughts in this book but I did think it got a little confusing at times without any pov change headings but it didn’t bother me too much! I wasn’t sure if I was going to end up liking this book due to the writing style because I wasn’t familiar with it but I do believe it grew on me.

If you get the gist there’s a bunch of drama!! In all honesty I feel like the drama pulled this book all together and made it very entertaining🤌 Also, as someone that has learned business topics and things like that, I love the choice of words the author included for different processes throughout the book and she kept it very real!
Cliffhanger at the end🤫 I can’t wait to see what the next book holds
I liked how the title tied into the story!
The overall story follows Celeste and Elena while they figure out their love lives and try to save their art companies. I really enjoyed this!! I loved the writing style and how you learned about so many different characters. It reminded me loosely of Gossip Girl with the scheming and the friendship dynamics. The Vegas setting was fun and something I have not read before. I cannot wait to continue the series. Thank you Emily for the ARC!!
