Time to visit Christmas Town, Tennessee as
Savannah and Kurt Christmas are expecting
the arrival of their little one very soon.
Savannah’s best friend in Florida, Gloria Chavez
is coming to help out when the baby arrives. She
will also help out at the children’s puppet show.
Gloria will be lodging at the Christmas Inn. It is
usually closed to guest during the Christmas
season but Walt Christmas is making an exception
and Gloria will stay there at no charge
Gloria is a high school drama teacher in Florida.
She is bossy and set in her ways. She has never
been married and is not looking for love.
Walt is a widower for many years with two teenage
daughters. He loves running the bed and breakfast.
He is not interested in finding love.
As soon as Gloria arrives the magic of the Christmas
surrounds the Inn. Walt and Gloria get caught up in
all the magical and humorous happenings.
These are two well fleshed out characters with
undeniable chemistry trying to ignore their new
feelings. They have a great, colorful, relatable
supporting cast of characters.
This is book # 5 in The Christmas Town series. It can
be read as a stand alone as the author ties the past
and present together effortlessly.

Book 5 in the Christmas Town series quickly starts with Walt realizing that Gloria has awakened the family’s special Christmas magic. Those readers who aren’t familiar with the series might have a little trouble following references to past romantic happenings but it’s only a few minor points. This is a charming love story between the reluctant widower and the single lady who didn’t expect to find love. There are so many engaging moments. The reader gets to see how Christmas magic works to make a perfect match between Walt and Gloria along with some hilarious side effects. Highlighting the Christmas season and relationships, a little magic and love is the extra bit required for a happy ending. I received an ARC to review. I would recommend this book for anyone looking for a great romance!

A Glorious Christmas (Christmas Town Book 5) by Ginny Baird. This is Gloria Chavez and Walt Christmas’ story.

A fun and sweet story. I really enjoyed the characters and the magic of Christmas Town. Oh my goodness there was so much magic! Walt was so funny trying to hide all the magical things that were happening from Gloria. It was so much fun watching Walt and Gloria’s journey to find love.

This is a great story to escape from daily struggles. Get comfortable and enjoy a few laughs because magic is in the air.
