An informed opinion on a complex subject.

Jay Rayner presents a background into the role of large scale food production and producers at the farmer's market end of the spectrum. He does this in only the way an experienced eater and food writer can. Presented from a personal level with both humility and a sense of conscience, this is an informative read.
