Timely medical and spiritual advice
From centuries of sickness, disease and infectious outbreaks, we must not be so quick to heed all medical advice. Gandhi touches on natural elements for remedies, cleanliness, generational wisdom and the very important saying in the book that prevention is better than cure. I found this very useful and applicable in 2023 after the Corona virus and it would have saved a lot of people from unnecessary anxiety or trip to the ER.
