With the masterpiece Retrograde CTO a few years back in mind, I had very high expectations and have been looking forward to reading this Antegrade CTO. It has clearly been worth the wait! This is a gem for CTO operators but can also be read by non-CTO operators that just want to improve their skills regarding radiation, catheters, wires, trapping, and microcatheters.
