Great story!
I am voluntarily leaving this review. This was a great book! It is filled with second chances, suspense, steam, love, heartbreak and redemption. It will have you hooked from page one and keep you on the edge of your seat with all the twists and turns!
Jarrett is the black sheep of his family who chose a wrong path in life instead of following his father’s footsteps and diving into law enforcement. Years later and with his life in the right path, he goes home to pay his respects to a fallen family member. He gets his second chance with his high school sweetheart and a chance at redeeming his father’s love. But did he make the wrong choice when he puts his loved ones in the crosshairs of danger?
You’ll be on the edge of your seat the whole time. I love reading Amber Daulton’s books because you never know what to expect.
