A Killing in Rio Vista

A young boy out fishing with his grandfather snags a bin liner containing a woman's torso. 

Officer Julie Morales responds to the 911 call, and as the Rio Vista Police Department doesn't have a detective, it is down to her to discover who the woman is, and who killed her.

Delving into the dead woman's private life unearth's a few suspects, male and female, as we discover secrets that were meant to stay private. As the officer investigates, she also has to contend with other issues in this small town, as well as deal with her own private life.

This cozy, small town murder mystery is a follow-up to 'Stone Dead in Rio Vista,' but can be read independantly.
