Moving Forward
Yuto finally starts exploring a lot more in the game world. Lots of new scenery here, as well as more world development of the game world. His in-game social circle begins to widen, meeting characters who’ve only been names in the occasional forum chat asides in the prior volumes. Like the prior volumes, there’s no big overarching plot, just slow world building and minor character social evolution. And frankly, I’m fine with that. There’s a bit more combat in this volume, but it’s not intrusive or excessive; this series is not at all about doing a blow-by-blow walkthrough of the game world’s dungeons.
