Absolutely Unforgettable!
This lady writes books in a fashion like Laura Ingalls Wilder. They are not only historical, they are the kind of books we should and likely will, read and re-read over and over. These books, and this author tell stories of hope and love, REAL love, not the super over top gushy stuff, and not just the steamy stuff either. Best of all there are SO many life lessons, and while this particular family is a bit Biblical...(you'll understand if you read it!) those parts simply inspire you to have faith, "A" faith in something.
Just like my Little House on the Prairie; these are books I will cherish and read and re-read to my children (excepting certain bits till they are older and ...all that). Wherever you are in life, the characters of one or all three of the books Ms. Isles has written can help you help yourself.
It takes a truly amazing talent to share and show the difference between what is important and true in life from what is not, within fiction or without.
