Publisher Description
Moving in with the infamous Everett Taylor was not on my bingo card.
But, after my ex hit me then left me on the side of the road, I had no one else to call.
Everett is bossy and moody and controlling.
He’s also my ex’s hockey rival, my new very fake boyfriend.
The plan is to keep me safe until my ex gets bored and leaves me alone.
But when a game of spin the bottle in front of my ex turns into a full blown make out session with my new roommate?
Well, let’s just say I can see why the guy can have any girl he wants.
They’d be lucky too. To claim Everett.
But I’m too jaded for that…
Aren’t I?
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
The ice is about to melt in this thrilling romance set in the world of college hockey. Tattoo artist Raine Anders is desperate to find an escape from her abusive relationship, but the last person she thought she’d be relying on is her boyfriend Drake’s crosstown hockey rival Everett Taylor. But after one particularly brutal night, Everett finds her bruised and battered and left on the side of the road. So, realizing she needs protection, he agrees to pose as her boyfriend. Kelsie Rae has truly found a way to pull every one of our heartstrings in this enthralling tale. As the fake romance begins to progress into something real, we couldn’t help but cheer for the couple, hoping Raine would find the strength to embrace happiness. And we were impressed with the sensitivity Rae brought to her depiction of Raine’s experience of escaping an abusive relationship. With its intriguing setup and steamy romance, A Little Jaded scores a hat trick.

Jaded
Love this series! Was not expecting it to bring people from the first series into it but truly love when they intertwine like that.
As someone that’s survived domestic violence it was a little hard to read but honestly it was all explained so well. The fear. The difficulty leaving. Loved this book!
All her books are captivating good reads
I’ve read so many of these books at this point. I really loved Ev’s personality in this one. I liked the rawness of it all.
