I have both a physical and electronic copy of this book. Its contents are a treasure, but there are so many misprints in the electronic copy that unless you are already well studied in predicate calculus, it will be very nearly impossible to distinguish between error and original intent. This leads students inevitably to a state of confusion rather than understanding.
