Cute shifter romance
The story is fast-paced because it picks up in the middle of the couple's friendship.
Bowie knows what he wants but he needs Eva to realize her feelings as well.
The story ends well with a mild cliffhanger for the next book in the series.

I loved the story’s simplicity and directness of the romance. I’m glad that Eva was fighting for her career and it just shows you that we spend a lifetime overcoming childhood scars. Also, the importance of choosing the right mate or partner.
