Publisher Description
The main idea behind this book was to help Muslim parents who have just immigrated to the United States, to better understand the most popular holidays observed here. This will, inshallah, help them to be able to make better decisions with regards to their kids participating in each of these holidays, at their schools and around in their neighborhood.
This would also help them understand why celebrating certain holidays would be considered haraam, while it would be ok to participate in others.

Baseless Claims
In short, the book is written by a religious muslim. He makes too many claims, yet doesn’t cite any sources except the islamic ones. The author tries to make connections between American-Christian holidays with pagan gods. Yet he forgot that his Kaba was the center of warship for pagan gods, and people used to pilgrim in Maka as they do today, just under one god this time, the one created by muhamad (piss be upon him)
