Her songwriting is better

"Girls Like Us" is a much better written and more entertaining biography of Carole King.

A Great Book

Carole King weaves tales from her life and music into a wonderful journey of life and love.

Being a musician and a songwriter, I love hearing of her challenges, recording sessions and of all her musician friends.

Thanks, Carole!!

Lacking

Book lacked the stories of Carol's music and inspiration. Too many off sided stories about court battles for road access rights. Next time I hope she tells the story of who Carole
King was during the 1960-70's and more about what inspired her
