A Not So Fine Madness

Being a female living a life with Bipolar/Manic Depression is a tricky balance! Between medications, self-image, diet, health, emotions, partner, children, friends, religion and career, there isn't a book you can just pick up and say.. "That is just what I needed to know!".. I have not wanted this illness to take over my life any more! Therefore I want to hand on to you what I have learnt throughout my life thus far and share with you what I have found by reading, research, trial and error. My aim and goal is help anyone searching for answers to cope with this debilitating illness with a bit more ease knowing that others share your day to day pain and frustration, whether you are the sufferer, friend, lover or carer.
