Only love can tame the beast.
A prisoner to a mad scientist, Luke knows he shouldn’t get involved with anyone, especially a nurse working for the doctor who messed up his genetics. Tell that to his wild side.
The beast within is growling and howling for a taste of the delicious smelling woman. It wants to claim her as his mate. But first, this wolfman must escape his captors.
Always a treat.
I can count on Eve Langlais to deliver a pulse pounding book filled with action, humor and passion. This is a clever twist on the werewolf trope, and should be good for more good reading in subsequent volumes. I can’t wait.
A nurse for the wolfman
Great read ... could not put it away to do other things. Thank you for creating a world of wondering if this existing somewhere on this earth in real time... scary thought. Luke was a great character. Kept rooting for him to make it
Loving this new series!
Am loving this new series! After being discharged from the military because of injuries sustained, Luke falls into a pit of despair. When a mysterious doctor offers to make him whole again, he takes him up on the offer. Little does he knows that he will no longer be human.
Nurse Margaret is offered a great opportunity at a remote medical facility. Great pay, easy work, what could go wrong? Sparks fly the first time Margaret and Luke meet, but they try to ignore them. Too bad the evil doctor is too aware.
This book features a strong heroine, a damaged hero, but manages to stay away from the stereotypical formula. I found myself truly wondering what was going to happen next – instead of seeing the ending a mile away.
Eve Langlais is always a one-click, automatic buy of everything she writes. This new series is proving to be no different – can’t wait until the next one!
