A Persistent Woman: A Memoir

This book recounts the first 55 years of my life, good,bad and indifferent. I credit my father for telling us over and over that we must get an education. However, as it came about, the more education I got, the more that I knew that I needed, and the more things I wanted to do with my education and money. 

I discovered early on that I could achieve any goal I set for myself as long as I was persistent. That is the main reason this book has been written: so my grandchildren and great-grandchildren can know that they can do anything and become what ever they want to be in life, as long as in accomplishing this they do not hurt anyone. 

Along the way, I survived being left at sea while scuba diving in Tahiti and crashed a wonderful plane, a Grumann Tiger, with three adults and a baby aboard.We all survived.
