Helpful for Loved Ones

Thank you to Arielle for writing this! Though I can’t speak for survivors, as a loved one to someone with C-PTSD this was a very helpful primer to their condition. It helped me make sense of certain things and gave me a lot of insight into their feelings/habits, as well as coping strategies to focus on in difficult times. Recommend for anyone trying to make sense of a complex condition!
