The philosophy behind the book comes from following the works of the Knights of Malta, who travel the world and brought relief to some of the most dangerous places in the world. Millions of dollars get raised in the United States to solve problems and a lot of that money never hits the mark. We can continue doing the same things and the problems will not get solved.
