A Quagmire on Orcas Island

Two dead bodies, seemingly unconnected, are found within a week on Orcas Island, a San Juan Island off the coast of Washington. Border concerns with Canada, bizarre murders, coupled with teenage kidnapping and runaways prompt the local authorities to call in experts, agents Bev and Brian Moore.
