Death is on the hunt in Austin, Texas.

Raven is a depressed grim reaper, tired of ending human lives and escorting their souls to the Great Beyond. But everything changes when he accepts a forbidden secret side job: to bring a grieving young woman a soul for a baby.

It can be done. All it will cost is the life of someone who wasn't supposed to die.

As Raven looks for the right soul to take amid his regularly scheduled reaps, his past sins come back to haunt him, threatening to destroy the young woman's last chance at peace—and his own.
