INTRODUCTION Health is a very important topic to be discussed. A healthy body brings happiness to life and the family. A study done by Issa et al. (2009) in developing country showed that there is a great deal of failure in terms of qualified personnel, lack of planning and proper justification. Malaysia as a developing country also struggling with same problem especially in health issues. Infectious diseases are mostly under control and non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) and hypertension have become the leading causes of mortality and morbidity. This disease pattern is expected to magnify and increase with the current demographic trends of aging and urbanization.
