A Voice in the Wilderness
Set against the backdrop of the wild and beautiful Arizona desert in the early 19th century, Mrs. Hill once again weaves a brilliant tale of adventure, peril, new beginnings, and an unlikely romance. Each character’s strengths and weaknesses are developed along multiple storylines which skillfully intertwine throughout the story. Though written nearly a century ago, the timeless truth that God‘s love can bring hope into the most dismal of circumstances, and the most despairing soul, is beautifully and sensitively portrayed. An engaging, satisfying read!
