Nice, easy cozy mystery!
Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye was a nice little surprise for me. It is the first book by Victoria Laurie that I've read and I will definitely read more. I am not usually into stuff involving psychics or stuff of that nature but it was a really good read. A nice cozy mystery to listen to through my work day.
There was a little bit of romance between Abby and the detective Dutch Rivers which was nice but the focus remained more on the mystery which I very much enjoyed. Overall a good, easy listen.
If you listen to the Audible version: The narrator does take a bit to get used to. At first I was not sure I was going to like the narrator, the way she does voices for the character is odd to me at first but as the story goes on I began to differentiate better and like it. She is not the best narrator but she is definitely not the worst.

I have enjoyed Victoria Lorries books for several years, and she has yet to disappoint me. I love her ghost stories too. Gilly is a hoot.
