What a great story. I hope there is a sequel.
Just the right amount of balance
Though I enjoyed the read it was not five star material. I feel that as a writer Osterlund has the potential to reach higher. She has a good imagination and was able to tie the story up nicely. The scale was tipped for me with the attempt at the love connection. I'm glad that she did not focus solely on romantic feelings developing between the lead characters. It was a nice change of pace to see friendship first and foremost. Towards the end you could see that Anne tried to bring more feelings to the surface but it fell flat in my opinion. The story line was interesting. It kept me captive enough to finish, but I have no desire to return at another time for a re-read. Keep up the good work Anne.

I loved this book. I hope there is a sequel to Academy 7. It grabbed my attention and got me to enjoy reading again.
