Loved it
This story drew me in from the very first page and has me wanting to know what’s next… loved it!!!!
Good
The first 75% of the book was world building, introduction, and useless/unnecessary information. ONE singular sex/sexy scene. Levi is supposed to be one of the oldest vampires in existence and he acts like hes 23. Chole acts more like a teenager than anything. This book feels like it was supposed to be an intro to a series. It definitely leaves you on multiple cliffhangers.
3 stars due to only the last 25% of the book having action or being worthwhile. The big secret was easy to figure out (about 20%) into the book, the rest of the time you are just waiting for it to actually be revealed. So much extraneous information should have been cut out, which would have left so much room for the actual story to unfold.
Just read it
A little slow in parts, but worth the read. The ending is great. I want to read the next one!
