After the Blue, Blue Rain

Los Angeles, 1946. When a young transcriptionist asks P.I. Kit Comfort and partner Henry Richman, the LAPD's most infamous ex-cop, to track down her lover, a newly discharged veteran, the struggling detectives jump at the offer. But what appears to be a routine missing person case soon takes a dangerous turn after their hunt leads them to an underground network of enemy sympathizers. Soon, they are in a race against the clock, battling both a deadly cabal and dodgy government agents in a devastating conspiracy between good and evil.
