“The force which enables a human to move his finger is exactly the same force which moves the sun.”

MURAT YAGAN

Ahmsta Kebzeh is an ancient oral tradition named 'Caucasian Yoga' by explorers travelling through the Caucasus Mountains. The spiritual principles and practices of that tradition, as learned and lived by Elder Murat Yagan, are recorded in this book.

A ‘mystical science’, Ahmsta Kebzeh offers a scientific explanation of spiritual or mystical terms such as Consciousness, Self, and Cosmic Mind. The tradition speaks profoundly to humanity in this New Age, defined by the author as the age of the reconciliation of positive science and mysticism, ‘the greatest marriage of our time.’

Life today is forcing us to re-visit our understanding of ourselves as human beings. Ahmsta Kebzeh addresses the very essence of being human and the place of human in Creation. It provides a system of transformation that can raise us from our limited experience of ‘human’ to the realization of our full potential as completed, perfected ‘Human.’ We can come to know and experience the Kebzeh principle: “Without me, God is latent. Without God, I am not.”

Murat Yagan received his early spiritual training from the Elders of the Ahmsta Kebzeh tradition, the spiritual, cultural, and social tradition of the mountain peoples of the Caucasus. He received further training from the Bektashi dervishes in Turkey. In 1963 he immigrated to Canada and began transmitting this ancient oral tradition to interested students. He was the last known living spiritual Elder of the Tradition.
