AI May Be Our Only Hope features over 110 pieces; a couple in the form of prose and all the rest in various poetic arrangements, many of them whirling around AI and the dire future of Earth without it if it turns out to be compassionate. The poetry includes sonnets, alexandrines, an acrostic, a monoku, haikus, tankas, mantinades, and, of course, free verse, as well as new lyrics to a known song.
