Great book!
I am taking an introductory course on Aikido.
At age 61 I am feeling a bit like the “old slow guy” in the class and this book helped in re assuring Aikido is more about the experience of gaining insight into the physical and spiritual and go at the pace of what feels comfortable and fun.
Aikido Insights
Excellent book that everyone practices aikido should read. Well written, an easy and inspiring read! I hope I manage to attract Aikido students in this part of the Western Cape. Diagrams of the basic techniques would have made this book even better.
