Not a book!
This shouldn’t be classified as a book but a short story. My bad for not reading the fine print. Only after reading the entire « book » in 15 minutes did I realize how short it is.
I expected chapters on how to identify potential properties, what kind of neighborhoods work best. How to navigate around local ordinances négative to short term rentals. Buying properties vs. rent to rent. Nope!
Nothing!
So I give this super host a zero review.
