Albertsons Inc. v. Rhoads

The petitioner, Albertsons, Inc., appeals from a district court judgment of wrongful termination of employment of an employee. The court of appeals affirmed. 40 Colo. App. 198, 574 P.2d 114 (1977). We granted a petition for writ of certiorari and now reverse.
