My Own Life Is More Exciting
This book is well written, but I found the story rather uninspired. The characters were richly developed, so that you could relate to their feelings, except that I found myself not caring.
I kept rushing through the book to get to the 'good part' of the story - that never happened. There is a climax, but it was very anticlimactic.
After finishing the weak ending, I thought that if Ms. Shreve got paid for this story, I should write about my own life, because it has had many more challenges and thrills.
