Great read for Teens
Very emotional, relatable, and unbelievable talent of the author. portrayed exactly what it’s like to be in love, try to fit in, and be someone you’re not in this day and age. wonderful read for anyone 13+
Good Clean Love Story
I’m 22yr old married Christian, I don’t like reading anything that glorifies sin like premarital sex, profanity, drugs/ alcohol etc. I have been in search of books and authors that keep things clean and friendly. This book and author has passed my clean test lol This book is free from profanity, easy to read and understand and just has a good story all around! For me, it actually wasn’t as predictable as one may think. I definitely had no clue how crazy the antagonist would get. I was wowed with his true character. I loved how everything was neatly and so warmly tied together at the end too. Thank you, Stephanie!
My only bit I felt was missing was the lack of involvement the parents were in the true situation that Lila experienced. Did they know about the “new” Lila? Aiden? Matt’s behavior? Some acknowledgment would have been nice but it wasn’t a total necessity so I understand. I would actually love a book two discussing these things and if she ever actually paid them back haha.
