APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
Jennifer Probst wraps up her Billionaire Builders trilogy with plenty of angst and sexual tension. For seven years, Sydney Green has kept a secret from her steely cold boss, Tristan Pierce: he’s the father of her daughter. Now that she’s working by his side day and night as his CFO, the affair they buried years ago is starting to reignite—and Sydney may not be able to keep her secret much longer. Fans of the series will be thrilled to see Tristan and Sydney get the resolution they deserve, while new readers will be swept away by intensity of their bittersweet romance.
The enjoyable third in Probst's Billionaire Builders series (after Any Time, Any Place) is Property Brothers meets small-town sexy with a twist of sweet. Tristan Pierce left his tiny hometown after a fallout with his father, not aware that his girlfriend, Sydney Greene-Seymour, was pregnant. Sydney, who's now the CFO at Pierce Brothers, the family building firm, loved Tristan deeply but refused to trap him in Harrington. When Tristan returns to Harrington seven years later, after his father's death, he at first tries to ignore the still-crackling chemistry between him and Sydney. After that fails, the two rekindle their relationship. But when Tristan learns that he's Becca's father, he struggles to trust Sydney again. Probst's expert characterization is especially evident in Tristan's tenderness with energetic, charming Becca both before and after he learns she's his daughter, and in Sydney's regret over not telling Tristan sooner, elevating the sometimes hackneyed secret-baby plot. Series fans will be sorry to say farewell to the three Pierce brothers and the women who love them.

All or Nothing at All
A smile on my face as the tears slowly dry on my face. Thank you..... ❤️
Yay, Tristian and Sydney!
First off, I loved this series. Based on three brothers , Pierce Brothers. But Tristian had to be last. He was definitely the most stubborn and the last to fall. Sydney loved Tristian since she was eight years old. She followed him around until one day he finally noticed that she had grown up into a beautiful young woman. They had a short affair, but then Tristian mother had did in a fatal car accident. Circumstances leading to a lot of unanswered questions about their mothers life and where exactly she was going. Tristian decided to move to New York leaving everyone behind. Returned only for fathers funeral and reading of will. So he decided to stay and work with his brothers. Now Sydney had a problem, because she never told him her seven year old daughter was his, he was a father. Though must of this story was or appears to be sad it wasn't. It was a really good book, with very real issue. I may read it again soon.
This book was absolutely EVERYTHING! ❤️
It is certainly no secret that I LOVE this author; she is my absolute favorite!! But this book...I'm having trouble finding the words that will even do this book proper justice. I have been waiting for Tristan & Sydney's story since the beginning of this HGTV "Property Brothers" inspired series. I loved each of the Pierce brothers and their loves (Brady & Charlie's story too) but this book was incredible and quite possibly my favorite. In this final installment of the series, we learn why there is so much tension between Tris & Syd and it is such a heartbreaking story. But as heart wrenching as it is, it is also a story about love and family and redemption.
I loved this series so much and I just can't recommend it highly enough!! I only wish that I could read it for the first time all over again! ❤️
