Good Book & Good Movie

I enjoyed both the book and movie (the old version). A good old fashioned dramatic story with memorable characters and plenty of action to keep your interest. A bit dated & long but enjoyable nonetheless...EAF

Put it right there, eye level, so it's unmissable when someone enters your library.

ATKM the best political novel I have ever read, with deep, rich and piercing observations made all though the story as it unfolds (the Stark version as well as the Stavros version). It's also one of the most underlined and personally annotated books I've ever read. There are memorable quotes throughout. A must read for anyone who enjoys great writing, and for anyone fancying anything political.
