Talk about a hot lead…
Christmas is coming to Pine Mountain—and it has a way of stirring up memories, good and bad. Nick Brennan may manage the Double Shot bar smooth as good whiskey, but his past is a hot mess. When he runs into a burning building to save a little boy, some people start thinking there’s more to his heroism than holiday spirit. And then the local reporter assigned to the story turns out to be gorgeous Ava Mancuso, the girl who got away.
Ava knows what it’s like to have a past. But the changes she’s seen in Nick since she knew him do more than set off her natural curiosity—his warm eyes and gruff charm have her instincts fired up. Still, all the chemistry in the world doesn’t erase history, even when Nick invites her to his little sister’s mistletoe wedding. Does he have a heart under all those secrets? Or is this going to be just another Christmas past?
Kincaid's fifth and final Pine Mountain contemporary (after Fire Me Up), set in Pennsylvania's Blue Ridge Mountains, opens with bar owner Nick Brennan running into a burning building to rescue a child. The townspeople laud him as a hero, but recognition is the last thing Nick wants. Reporter Ava Mancuso, the only woman Nick has ever loved, is assigned to get the whole story out of him, seven years after she left him to protect her own secrets. Faced with the choice of getting the hottest scoop in the area or losing her job, Ava has to convince Nick to open up to her in more ways than one. The story lacks any real surprises and borders on clich d, but it still makes a nice little gift for the holidays.

Loved this Book
Kimberly Kincaid knows how to tell a story. All Wrapped Up is the last book in the Pine Mountain series, but can be read as a stand alone.
Nick Brennen and Ava Mancuso get a second chance at romance. Ava left Nick seven years ago and broke his heart. They both have awful things in their past that they need to get through in order to have a future together. If you want well written hot romance, page turning book, then this is a MUST READ. Kimberly Kincaid has became one of my favorite authors.
I was given this ARC by publisher via NetGalley, for my honest review.
Love Pine Mountain
I was easily wrapped up in the story of Nick and Ava. I always knew there was more in the story of Nick,he has always kept under the radar in Pine Mountain. Ava and Nick have a past history, and Nick has never forgotten her. Ava, needs to write the story of her life, and it is the story of Nick and his past. Can they both move forward in their lives and start again.
Very well developed characters, loved that they both had scarred pasts. Both very strong characters. I enjoyed visiting with previous Pine Mountain residents, so sad to say good bye, but looking forward to reading about the Rescue Squad.
