From New York Times bestselling author Cassia Leo comes a haunting, atmospheric romance about the power of love and memory.
A devastating car crash leaves Cassidy O'Connor stranded in rural Pennsylvania with no memory of how she got there. Her only company is Walker Ainsley, the handsome, quietly mysterious man who saved her from the wreckage and took her into his home. But when her ride back to town arrives after the crash, Cassidy can’t bring herself to leave Walker behind. She is determined to convince him to go back to Philadelphia with her, until she begins to question the haunting circumstances that brought them together.
a may zing
I want to start by saying the book flip flops from past to present but is very easy to keep up with. It’s hard to post a review that’s spoiler free so I’ll say this......
I was sucked in from the beginning and could not put it down! The plot, characters and story line give this book 5 stars from me!
I have a major book hangover but I love it! I can’t wait for the next Cassia Leo book :)
This book was written so different from any other book I’ve read. Marc and Cass seemed like such a great fit as far as couples went but they had their issues that were causing problems. Especially since Marc was holding secrets from Cass. Then Cass takes a road trip and meets Walker. I was so torn I who I liked better for her. Let’s just say I was in for a surprise on how everything played out. This story was full of emotion. There were funny parts, sad parts, heart breaking parts and sweet parts.
