Hispanic friends meet the librarian!!
I’ve had Hispanic friends and family, and I am always happy to read about them… This book has elements of romance, prejudice and religious homophobia… and it all comes together. I appreciate what I saw as authentic behavior as these elements wove into the story. Of course, the two main characters were key to the story that demonstrated how rich true love can be.
