Pioneering
Ibooks and art work are a relatively new combination, and Kevin Hluch does a great job at bringing together a compendium of voices, images and ideas in American iPottery. There are some real perks to an iBook, like the three dimensional spinning option of specific pots. The content is lush, and full of great images. I would like to have seen more probing interviews and information of the featured artists. Still I am pleased to own this book.
American iPottery
What a wonderful visual resource to have! The 3D component to view certain pots is very useful and the artists in this book have a diverse range of working methods in their studio practice. I would recommend this book highly! Once again Kevin Hluch offers a dynamic look into contemporary work within the ceramic arts.
