The plaintiff filed suit against his former employer and other defendants seeking recovery for damages associated with lymphoma,
a condition he alleges resulted from his workplace. The plaintiff filed a motion to enforce a settlement he alleged that he
had reached with the employer. After a hearing, the trial court ruled in favor of the plaintiff finding the parties had reached
a settlement. The employer now appeals. For the following reasons, we reverse.
