My personal favorite chemistry book
An elementary study of chemistry is an amazing book. It is old and yet it is still a wonderful resource. It reads like it was written for a layman and yet it is the best chemistry reference book that I have yet come across. It being written in the 1920s has some inaccuracies in the theory but, the information on reactions is as sound as ever. I would recommend this book to anyone who is even remotely interested in chemistry, it is a great reference and a well loved book.
