An Introduction to Scrum

The book starts off with a definition of scrum and then goes into the main concepts of the scrum framework. As it is described as being agile software, the author spends a bit of time explaining what exactly that is. The reader is then given even more detail about the software as a few components of scrum are focused upon like user stories and sprints. There is even a section that answers the most commonly asked questions on the subject. Scrum is not hard to understand as long as the right information is available to the individual that wants to learn and the book is a perfect introductory guide to the subject.
