This book romanticizes psychological abuse and rape!
No, no, no!! This book is archaic! To glorify emotional blackmail and rape is not ok. I understand this story was written in the 90s and it still did not make it ok back then. This woman was traumatized and took the guy back as if nothing happened. In real life, this would have been a typical domestic abuse situation not ending well. Apple, please don’t keep promoting these stories.
