Analyzing Textbooks' Portrayals of Slavery

This book is for teachers of social science to use in the classroom and involves historical thinking regarding social science textbooks regarding the topic of slavery. It shares portions of another book by author Kyle Ward, and creates an opportunity for student analysis of his work.  It meets some of the common core standards associated with social science under the ELA realm.
