Angel on Fire

Angela Whitewing has a unique ability to see people's true selves, but she is blindsided when her mother suddenly disappears without a trace.

Angela joins the New York Police Academy hoping to find her mother, but it demands more than expected. She discovers that fire is also a part of who she is, and even though she would like to resist this new power, to do so could be fatal.
