This is a great read!

I really like how the author hit the nail on the head with this one! Anger can hold us back in so many ways. Anger can totally change our outlook on how we perceive people and things. It's really one of the most detrimental emotions that exists. Expressing and releasing our anger can help us in so many different ways and Dr. Robert shows us exactly how. Keeping anger supressed can manifest in bad health and so many other complications that prevent us from leading the wonderful fulfilled lives we deserve to have. My suggestion -> read this book and learn how to release your anger. Be kind to both yourself and the people that cause us to be angry. The result will be happiness and contentment which we all require in our lives. A great read!

Truly Helpful with Specific Suggestions

I love this book! I am someone who tends to keep my anger bottled-up inside, so I found the numerous suggestions for how to get out my anger without hurting anyone to be very helpful. I especially like doing anger work at the gym, in my journal, and through art. Thanks, Dr. Puff, for sharing so many different techniques. I completely agree with what the book says: that when we lash out in anger, we end up hurting ourselves as much as the other person. I highly recommend this book as a tool for dealing with your anger, whether you struggle more with outbursts or keeping your anger inside. There are different suggestions to fit all personalities. The book is very clearly written.
